This
system was designed for automation of enterprise document
circulation and gathering of interim data flows. It can
be used for daily data gathering from different sensors
and counters (for electricity, water etc.), information
from which flows discretely with certain time intervals.
The main purpose of the program is to process database
of figures, which take on different values in time, forming
time series. The values are collected with the aid of
basic documents, which are then entered by users. The
possibility of distant parallel work of several users
from different enterprise departments is also provided
here. Outright integration with MS Excel allows to use
all possibilities of formatting in order to create any
forms of documents and reports, which can be necessary
in specific situations.
Flexible system of settings allows to
subdivide the enterprise into departments and then into
objects. This allows to present the infrastructure in
a more feasible manner. Each object can have any quantity
of figures, values for which are defined in documents. |
